Tasks

  • Provide exceptional customer support and service to maintain existing clients.
  • Prospect for new clients and develop a strategic portfolio within the industrial sector.
  • Conduct cold calls to identify potential prospects and create new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs and commercial potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service) to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Prepare and submit tailored business proposals to meet the needs of prospects and clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and business opportunities to convert leads into concrete deals.
  • Stay informed about market trends and the company’s products to maximize competitiveness.
  • Use internal tools (CRM) to manage client interactions and track sales activities.
  • Participate in continuous training and industry events to strengthen your knowledge and skills.
  • Regularly report on sales progress and achieved objectives.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

  • Job requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of concrete experience in B2B sales or customer service in industries related to chemicals, manufacturing, construction, distribution, or transportation.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, cold calling, and business development.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken (approximately 50% of communications will be in English).
  • Valid driver's license, functional vehicle, and availability for frequent travel.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • High school diploma required; a college or university degree in chemistry, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of chemicals or a similar industrial sector is a plus.
  • Good understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts is a plus.
