As an Inside Sales Representative
, you will play a key role in the growth of Univar Solutions. You will be at the heart of our customer relationships, business development efforts, and the implementation of tailored solutions that create long‑term value.

What you will do:

Manage and grow your territory
  • Develop and grow an existing customer portfolio while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Develop new business opportunities
  • Actively prospect, make cold calls, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into long‑term business relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, supply chain) to identify new opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
Support strategic initiatives
  • Participate in new product launches, sales campaigns, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Document activities and opportunities in Salesforce and ensure rigorous account and forecast follow‑up.
What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate stands out through:

  • Strong team spirit, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn and succeed
  • A university or college degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in B2B or technical sales (an asset)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is an asset
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required
    , as the role involves regular interactions with colleagues, clients, and suppliers outside Quebec
  • Autonomy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
