ObjectiveReporting to the Director of Global Sales Operations, under the supervision of the Senior Sales Coordinator, the Sales Coordinator will play a key role within a collaborative team environment, providing critical support to International Sales teams. This includes managing communication, order processing, account maintenance, and delivering both administrative and analytical assistance. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will contribute to the successful implementation of sales processes and project management initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams across the organization to drive efficiency and alignment.
Responsibilities- Generate and maintain regular sales reports using Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics (D365), and CRM tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to support sales strategy and performance tracking.
- Manage order processing, tracking, and internal sales communications.
- Triaging and responding to inquiries from the shared sales support inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates to International Sales Managers and teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between sales and departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Design.
- Facilitate effective communication to support organizational goals and project execution.
- Sample Coordination
- Assist in the distribution of seasonal sales samples to international teams.
- Maintain records and logistics to support timely delivery and campaign readiness.
- Systems & Process Support
- Support users with sales platforms (D365, Power BI, CRM, B2B).
- Assist in the implementation of new sales processes and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Operational Support
- Contribute to sales operations initiatives aimed at driving growth and improving efficiency.
- Support cross-functional projects aligned with international sales objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 years of sales support/sales operations experience, preferably in fashion or wholesale.
- Required Competencies – Professional Level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, One Note); strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Power BI, CRM, and B2B platforms are an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service orientation.
- Bilingual in French and English required; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German) are an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills across systems, markets, and currencies.
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions quickly, and act with a strong sense of urgency.
- Works independently within a strong team structure; collaborative and adaptable.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to influence and build cross-functional relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
