Your Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry segment.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through existing customers, prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Present tailored products and value‑driven solutions to potential clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct on‑site visits to understand client needs, operations, and opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and follow‑ups.

  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Director.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Share customer feedback to contribute to product and process enhancements.

Requirements What We’re Looking For Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B outside sales or a related role.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, communicate, and present effectively.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented.
  • A collaborative team player with an upbeat attitude and a drive to grow.
Education

High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
