Sales Representative – Sustainability Solutions

A leading healthcare sustainability organization is growing and looking for a driven Sales Representative – Sustainability Solutions to help healthcare facilities rethink how they manage medical devices. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role focused on expanding recycling and reprocessing programs that deliver both financial savings and environmental benefits.

What You’ll Do
You’ll act as a trusted partner to hospitals and clinical teams, helping them implement and grow sustainability programs across your territory. Your work will directly support cost reduction, waste diversion, and smarter healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving consistent revenue growth through strategic sales planning, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with hospital leadership, clinical staff, and operational teams
  • Educating customers on recycling and reprocessing programs, highlighting both cost savings and environmental impact
  • Creating customized action plans aligned to each facility’s usage, goals, and workflows
  • Expanding sustainability programs within existing accounts and launching initiatives at new sites
  • Leading business reviews, in-services, and presentations to support adoption and engagement
  • Conducting savings audits and presenting data on collected products and projected cost reductions
  • Tracking product usage, securing purchase orders, and ensuring consistent program participation
  • Coordinating the collection and shipment of recyclable single-use medical devices
  • Monitoring product availability and usage during site visits to maximize service and value
  • What You Bring
    Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in outside or field-based sales
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • You’ll also need:
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%) within the assigned territory
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both clinical and technical audiences
  • Location & Language Note
    For roles based in Quebec, English proficiency is required due to frequent collaboration with teams outside the province, where business operations and documentation are primarily conducted in English.
