Your future duties and responsibilities:
-Listen to and understand the needs of potential customers in order to offer them services and products adapted to their business reality;
-Offer payroll services and solutions to referrals through online and telephone demonstrations;
-Respond appropriately to objections/questions while demonstrating the benefits of the services offered;
-Meet individual and team performance objectives;
Work effectively with team members, especially in sales follow-up and customer meetings;
-Respect established service levels;
-Collate information gathered during calls and throughout the sales process in the management tools provided;
-Follow up as necessary to close the sale;
-Coordinate customer meetings with product specialists as needed;
-Participate in various sales, solicitation and promotional activities;
-Conduct occasional customer sessions
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Education or experience in sales, communications, or marketing:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in selling products and services over the phone.
• Ability to work with individual and collective sales targets.
• Experience in negotiating and finalizing commercial terms within set price and limits.
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (bilingualism is essential).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Knowledge of payroll solutions, human resources, and time management (an asset).
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
