Photo Studio Coordinator

12-Month Contract

Our studio runs on people who are curious, organized, and energized by the pace of a creative environment. We’re looking for a Photo Studio Coordinator who loves the details and takes pride in making sure everything is ready when the shoot begins.

Working closely with our E-commerce, Marketing, and Studio teams, you’ll help keep the studio flowing — from managing product samples to supporting stylists and ensuring every item is captured and organized correctly. It’s a role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in collaboration, and naturally takes ownership of making things run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Manage incoming photo samples and coordinate all studio inventory
• Ensure all clothing and accessories required for each shoot are complete and ready
• Track missing or reshoot items and coordinate with brand teams to resolve quickly
• Partner with the flats and accessories studio to organize daily shot lists and highlight rush priorities
• Support the styling team during shoots, answering questions related to samples
• Scan completed items and maintain organized shot folders for each brand
• Manage head office photo samples and studio inventory flow

What You Bring

• College diploma in Fashion Marketing or a related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally in fashion, retail, or studio production
• Bilingual to work with partners cross Canada
