Your Role  Reporting to the Store Manager, the ideal Sales Consultant is highly personable, possesses a strong sense of style, and has a genuine desire to deliver a high-level customer experience that inspires our clients. They thrive in a dynamic environment where proactivity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are key assets.
Responsibilities   Provide warm, professional guidance to build trust-based sales.
Achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Demonstrate a passion for design to offer exemplary customer service, including attentive follow-ups and genuine commitment to client satisfaction.
Stay proactive by continuously developing and updating product, trend, and industry knowledge to offer relevant and inspiring advice.
Actively contribute to merchandising to creatively and consistently showcase products while adhering to company visual standards.
Participate in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a welcoming and polished environment.
Represent Mobilia’s professional and distinctive image at all times.
Engage in related tasks such as trend research, market analysis, or customer follow-ups as needed.
Profile Sought   2–5 years of retail sales experience, ideally in design or commission-based sales.
Excellent listening skills and ability to adapt to client needs.
Natural interest in learning, understanding, and exploring new ideas; demonstrate curiosity.
Comfortable collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Autonomy, initiative, and ability to organize work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional communication skills.
