Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a full-time rental agent for our Vita multi-residential building. Sales no longer holds any secrets for you, this position is for you!
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Receive potential customers

Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to the policies, service offer and established promotions, in conjunction with the building manager

Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms

Follow up on prospects and complete the necessary documents for the rental

Perform business development and develop new go-to-market strategies with management approval

Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed

The ideal person has :

Leadership, creativity, organized and ability to work under pressure

Be action and results oriented

Master interpersonal communication and have a customer service attitude

Have business acumen

Required qualifications :

Experience in sales

Customer service experience an asset

A good working knowledge of sales techniques
