What You Will Do

Marketing & Leasing

Conduct property tours and showcase available suites to prospective residents.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to update advertising, media channels, and promotional programs.

Maintain an up-to-date customer database.

Develop in-depth knowledge of property offerings, including suite layouts, building amenities, and value-added services.

Stay informed about competing properties and market conditions.

Provide insights on rental rates, promotions, and market trends.

Build relationships with community organizations and local businesses to enhance the resident experience and drive leasing traffic.

Maintain ongoing relationships with residents from initial leasing through move-in.

Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility

Support BGO’s commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Who You Are

Experience: Background in customer service, preferably in hospitality, residential property management, retail, senior housing, real estate sales, or marketing.

Real Estate License: Not required for this position.

Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Background Check: Successful candidates must complete a criminal verification check.
