Coordonateur qualité fournisseur​/Supplier quality coordonator

• Demonstrates leadership in achieving team objectives.
• Possesses strong political skills.
• Works closely with the production group to identify non‑conformities that delay production activities.
• Follows up on repeated requests for corrective actions related to the product, service or quality system, ensuring the implementation of corrective or preventive measures by coordinating actions in collaboration with the SQA to reduce non‑conformity costs from critical supplier activities.
• Manages improvement projects with suppliers.
• Develops an action plan jointly with suppliers and acts as an internal liaison agent with the departments involved to address the problem at its source.
• Participates in training on quality requirements for procurement group personnel, Quality, and suppliers.
• Works closely with the SQA service in Fort Worth, Mirabel and Mexico.

• Junior College Degree in an aerospace technology‑related area.
• Six (6) years of experience in the aerospace sector, in Quality Assurance and Control, as an Inspector or Quality Assurance official working with product or service suppliers, such as a Corrective Action Specialist.
• Functional knowledge of MS Office software.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Enovia is a plus.
• Functional knowledge and/or experience of the aspects of the industry in Manufacturing and Inspection.
• Aircraft Mechanical, Avionic or Electrical knowledge/experience is required.
• Proven project management and/or continuous improvement management abilities and facilitation skills.
• Good communication skills (oral and written) as well as interpersonal skills and ability to train.
• Must possess a valid passport.
• Functional knowledge in French is required.
• Functional knowledge in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside Quebec.
