Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, the Bilingual Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, strategizing and executing on CDW Canada’s external and internal communications strategy, as well as our go-to-market strategy in Quebec. You’ll write informative, compelling, targeted and tailored communications that may include presentations, emails, social media posts, marketing collateral and more.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement and communication strategies that inform, educate and engage coworkers, customers and partners nationally
  • Support CDW’s growing presence in the Quebec market and manage Bill 96 requirements by creating a process and framework to enable leadership
  • Develop ongoing communication programs and key messages across a variety of platforms
  • Oversee translation of materials across the organization and review for brand consistency
  • Manage our relationships and work effectively with agencies and third-party service providers, as well as cross-departmentally with various stakeholders including Executive and Senior Leadership
  • Support ongoing maintenance and update of brand and product content on our intranet, e-commerce website and brand website
  • Regularly maintain and update branded content across a variety of platforms
  • Provide additional marketing and regional event support as needed

What we expect of you:

  • Fluently bilingual in English/French
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent
  • 5 years of Marketing or Communications experience with a focus on written communications; technology industry experience would be an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the company including Executive and Senior Leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to write and create marketing materials and communication pieces for various audiences in both French and English
  • Experience working cross-departmentally to collect and communicate information
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining strategic relationships
  • Ability to multitask and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional translation experience would be an asset

We determine individual pay within a given range based on a candidate's prior experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.

This approach allows us to offer competitive and equitable salaries that reflect the value and responsibilities of each role aries are based on a 40-hour workweek, and paid on a bi-weekly payroll schedule.

Pay range: $ 59, 000- $ 82, 000, depending on experience and skill set
