We’re looking for a strategic and creative Advisor, social media to drive the evolution of our corporate digital presence as well as community management. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of social media content strategies that align with our brand vision, support business objectives, and deliver a seamless experience for our global audiences — including customers, investors, media, and talent.
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing & Brand, this is a key role for a strong Brand storyteller, community manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and knows how to translate business goals into content that connects with audiences. You will be a key player in ensuring our content and digital platforms reflect the quality, innovation, and purpose that define our brand.
In your role, you will:
- Participate in the strategic planning of the brand’s overall content plan, ensuring alignment with Bombardier’s marketing objectives, brand positioning, and key business priorities.
- Act as a strategic content advisor to internal stakeholders, providing guidance and recommendations on content strategy and execution across the organization, including Brand, Product Marketing, Defense, and Corporate Communications to ensure alignment, consistency, and impact across all content initiatives.
- Responsible for planning, creating, and distributing high-quality content across our digital platforms, including social media, You Tube, our corporate website and work towards creating a consistent high performing content ecosystem for Bombardier.
- Participates in the development of strategy and the definition of a multi‑channel communication matrix to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Has a deep understanding of all channels, including Tik Tok, to optimize the distribution and impact of brand content.
- Support the digital marketing team in developing the annual content plan and develop and execute content plans that align with brand strategy, business objectives, and audience needs.
- Write, edit, and manage content across a range of formats — including social media, community management, and web pages.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather inputs, shape narratives, and ensure alignment.
- Maintain and evolve our tone of voice, content guidelines, and editorial standards.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication and alignment with campaigns and company milestones.
- Create content briefs for our internal creative studio and work with copywriters and external suppliers to bring content to life.
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights, feedback, and best practices.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience developing, implementing and leading content and web strategies in a large organization
