crea-ture Studios Inc. is a small, hybrid studio focused on making games in a different way. Based in Montreal, Canada, we bring together a mix of industry veterans and newcomers, providing a platform for everyone to contribute. Our goal is to keep the team lean and cross-disciplinary, giving everyone the voice to collaborate and shape the process. We believe in empowering people—and it shows in everything we create.

You’ll be integral to the strategy of putting the player at the heart of everything we do, and representing the authenticity of the studio and the team to our community! You’ll oversee and manage the community for the studios and our titles, and will be the voice of that community within the studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define the overall studio & project marketing plans by crafting the social media and community communication strategy.
  • Manage social media profiles for the studio & assigned title(s)
  • Build and foster a community of players on outlined social media platforms
  • Follow the production process of assigned projects, working with the producers to adapt communication beats & focus accordingly
  • Oversee & produce Social Media assets in collaboration with project & Nacon Community Managers
  • Monitor and drive studio & project level conversations on social platforms
  • Deliver community insights and player-focused campaign performance reports tailored for the development, sales, and marketing teams to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Oversee and manage the social media calendars and monthly performance reporting for both the studio and the game
  • Maintain and update website content (Word Press), including blog posts, job postings, and staff profile pages; troubleshoot basic issues independently
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous quantifiable Community Management / Marketing experience
  • Proficiency with social platforms
  • Excellent brand and product awareness
  • Astute problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Excellent writing and communications skills to navigate public platforms
