Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Content; B2B - Montreal, Quebec

Ranger Design is looking for a creative and organized Marketing Specialist with strong B2B experience to strengthen the brand voice and drive engagement for our 3 brands (Ranger Design, Prime Design and American Van Equipment). This role combines creativity, storytelling, and analytics to grow brand awareness, support product launches, and nurture relationships with our customers.

• Develop and execute B2B social media strategies across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube.
• Create engaging posts, videos, and visuals that highlight new products, events, and customer success stories.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to comments, and manage brand reputation across channels.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Plan, write, and edit content for web, email, blogs, and campaigns that speak to tradespeople, fleet managers, and distributors.
• Collaborate with creative resources to produce multimedia content (photos, videos, infographics).
• Support press releases, case studies, and newsletters to amplify product news and company initiatives.
• Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and media outlets for content opportunities.

• Assist with integrated brand and lead-generation campaigns.
• Support product launches with compelling content, messaging, visuals and press releases.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Excellent knowledge of social media channels (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok).
• Strong writing and editing skills in English (French a strong asset).
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms (Loomly).
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors is an asset.

Quebec candidates:
While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the nature of the business and the need to interact with Ranger Design’s US sites, clients and customers.

Candidates for this position must be legally entitled to work in Canada, hold a valid Passport for entry into United States, and will be required to show proof as such. Ranger Design does not sponsor work permit applications.
