• Establish and maintain manufacturing technical sequences (Precedence).
• Analyze and establish critical cycle times.
• Define and Produce the optimal line balancing for specific rate.
• Determine Production capacity (Manpower, equipment…).
• Produce daily production schedule (Chart).
• Participate in analyzing and establishing the production standard time.
• Establish and organize work center considering human and material flow.

Coordinate actions within the framework of managing your project.

• Support the operations by helping and solving their day-to-day issues.

Understand the technical parameters and performance indicators of your project.

• You have Bachelor's / Technical’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or continuous improvement, as well as five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in a related field.
• You have proven experience & advanced skills in project management and team work leadership.
• You have strong communication skills at all levels.
• You have advanced knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• You have fluency in French written and spoken.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project).
• You have strong skills in priority management and last minute request.
• You have awareness of the new trends in manufacturing field and continuous improvement.
• You are bilingual (French and English).
