Responsibilities
Provide level one and level two support while managing a rich suite of trading applications
Propose and execute automation efforts to keep the operational burden low and enhance reliability
Monitor daily reports and run scheduled jobs
Monitor and report on the status and health of our systems
Serve as the primary technical contact for the entire trading team, engaging in direct communication with traders and developers
Participate in on‑call rotation and occasional weekend shifts
Qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in software development with Python, C++, or Rust
Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
Thorough understanding of Linux fundamentals and basic knowledge of OS concepts
Experience with configuration management, source control and automated deployment
Knowledge of SQL and use of databases
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
