What You’ll Do
Operate various CNC machines, including Bima 300, Bima 400, Morbidelli Unix KBT 1.1, and Morbidelli Unix BT2.2.Support the CNC programming team by performing minor adjustments and performing routine quality checks.Troubleshoot machinery and equipment to resolve production issues quickly and safely.Conduct inspections to ensure that products meet company quality standards.Meet daily production targets and deadlines.Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the team.What You Bring
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.Understanding of machine safety and Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.Ability to make on-the-spot adjustments and follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.Requirements
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50 lbs or more.Full physical dexterity and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and variable temperatures.Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in certain areas.Some of the benefits we offer:
