• Work in a Catia V5 computer system to identify the needs for tools and parts for the manufacture of templates (drawings established by the engineering/method departments)
• Request parts from the purchasing department
• Operate conventional and CNC lathes/milling machines (Hyundai WIA).
• Operate press brakes, saws and drills to transform raw materials.
• Assemble the template parts and install them
• Use a CMM inspection machine

• DEC Mechanical Engineering, or
• ASP Tooling
• Basic knowledge of tolerances and GD&T
• For CNCs, the ability to do simple programming (mastercam) will be an important asset
• Working knowledge of Tracker Lazer and Polyworks system (an asset)
