Position: Ingénieur fiabilité III / Reliability Engineer III
Location: MontrealResponsibilities:
Solving problems by providing support while managing a rich suite of trading applicationsProposing and executing automation efforts to keep the operational burden low and to enhance reliabilityMonitoring daily reports and run of scheduled jobsMonitoring and reporting on the status and health of our systemsServing as the primary technical contact for the whole trading team, engaging in direct communication with traders and developersParticipating in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shiftsQualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experienceExperience in software development with Python, C++, or RustStrong scripting skills in Python and BashThorough understanding of Linux fundamentals and basic knowledge of OS conceptsExperience with configuration management, source control, automated deploymentKnowledge of SQL and use of databasesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentThis position requires proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
