The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Technical Publications Data Assembly and Distribution Specialist to join our Customer Services organization based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will serve as the critical link between the A220 technical data and Operators, MROs and Third-Parties who rely on our manuals to keep the A220 fleet soaring.

Reporting directly to the Manager, Head of Tech Pubs Operations, you will be a key contributor to our team. Think of this role as the lead orchestrator of a high-stakes, multi-dimensional puzzle. You will ensure every Data Module of our deliverables fit perfectly within the digital ecosystem. You will not just manage files; you will be the “pilot” of the Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETP) Viewer.

Whether it’s a digital delivery to support an already in-service Aircraft or documentation to support the delivery of a brand-new Airplane, you will ensure that our customers receive a flawless deliverable on time, every time.

• Assemble and Deliver: Manage the version control and assembly of datasets to build essential aircraft Maintenance and Maintenance Planning Publications, Service Bulletins, Flight Manuals and Performance Software.
• Guardian of Quality: Conduct rigorous validation to ensure every deliverable meets the highest aerospace standards before it leaves the building.
• S1000D Expertise: Employ industry standards, requirements, software and business rules to distribute publications electronically.
• Interactive Publications: Deliver high-quality Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETP) content and XML dataset.
• Procedure Management: Maintain and update processes and procedures related to the assembly and production of all maintenance, maintenance planning, service bulletins and operational documentation.
• Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed plans for publication preparation and coordinate the printing and distribution of Flight Manuals with our vendors.
• Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality control checks on all maintenance, maintenance planning, service bulletins and operational documentation. Maintain KPIs to track delivery on time.
• Collaboration: Participate in applications testing, meetings and conference calls and contribute to other related duties as assigned.

• Foundation: A college degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical Toolkit (Bonus Points!): Knowledge of XML, S1000D, Common Source Database (CSDB), Data Modules (DMs), Publication Modules (PMs) and Arbortext Editor will set you apart.
