Quality Technician

Introduction

Falpaco is currently seeking a Material Handler/Receiving and Shipping Clerk.

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the technician will contribute to the completion χωρίς monitoring of the company’s quality management and continuous improvement activities.

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Review and maintain the quality management system documentation, including all company processes and work instructions.
• Work closely with production personnel to perform various follow-ups or interventions and ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems.
• Participate in the internal and external non‑conformance processes. external partners.
• Participate in and/or lead problem‑solving workshops.
• Review and հատկապես maintain the production employee training system.
• Maintain product quality monitoring statistics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops.
• Participate in the new product validation process.
• Manage the calibration system.
