The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking pre‑flight mechanical inspectors to join our team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

Your challenges

Conduct inspections of airframes, engines and functional equipment of the aircraft to ensure compliance with standards and specifications indicated on the plans and / or manuals.

Approve any aircraft or any component within its authority.

Ensure to manage all files, all registrations and all regulations applicable to the aircraft.

Maintain logbooks of aircraft to quality audits and perform other related duties.

Other related functions that may vary depending on experience and qualifications.

Your boarding pass

A D.C.S. or A.C.S. Aircraft Maintenance, or

An M2 license and 10 years of experience, or

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a pre‑flight mechanic inspector in the aviation field, or

A minimum of 5 years experience as a pre‑flight mechanic (460 internally) within the last 5 years.

You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and work well in a multidisciplinary team.

You will be required to work in an enclosed space.

You will be required to work up to 30 feet on a regular basis.

Ability to adopt and maintain different physical positions as required by the job.
