À titre d’
associé(e) principal(e), vous devrez développer, accroître et entretenir les relations avec les clients; commercialiser nos services par vidéo, par téléphone et par des réunions en personne avec des clients nouveaux et existants afin de développer l’utilisation de nos services tout en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle; identifier et discuter des initiatives de projets futurs avec les clients; s’assurer que les attentes des clients sont satisfaites et faire correspondre les compétences des entrepreneurs aux exigences de l’engagement du client, en présentant des entrepreneurs hautement qualifiés au client;
participer aux associations professionnelles du secteur afin d’accroître notre présence au sein de la communauté financière et comptable locale.
Qualifications
Diplôme en comptabilité ou en finance de préférence.Titre(s) MBA et/ou CPA (un atout important); autres titres professionnels souhaités : CIA, CMA et CISA.Une expérience de plus de 5 ans dans un environnement des « Big 4 » ou d’expertise comptable/consultation internationale de préférence.Excellentes compétences en matière de développement commercial, de recrutement, de négociation, de communication et de résolution de problèmes.Capacité à définir et à discuter des exigences du projet avec des cadres supérieurs.Top Reasons to Work for Robert Half:
