What are your contributions to the team?

Be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of twenty salaried and Technologists from our Methods groups.

Assume all HR responsibilities of a multidisciplinary team, financial management and technology development department.

Have to coordinate the manufacturing support to production teams.

Be responsible of the first article inspection and improvement projects.

Define and control the processes that link the department with external stakeholders and ensure you provide excellent customer service.

Support initiatives related to the deployment of operational excellence in your department.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :

You hold a bachelor degree or a MBA, or a college diploma with several years of experience working in a aerospace industry.

You have excellent management skills.

You demonstrate good judgment, flexibility, you are results oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and you observe tight delivery deadlines.

You are resourceful and ready to work in a winning team.

You demonstrate affinities in communication and leadership, in addition to your strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge,

You are bilingual (French and English)
