Key duties

• Monitor, operate, service, and perform minor repairs on Powerhouse boiler room equipment and related systems.
• Work with various equipment, including Centrifugal Chillers, HTHW Boilers, Steam Generators, Air Compressors, HVAC systems, and Appoge EMS controls (Trane, Viking, Siemens, ABB, etc.).
• Complete additional facility‑related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess the following licenses:
  Stationary Plant Operator Class 2.
• Highly motivated, with demonstrated teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on 12‑hour shifts, rotation day/night.
• Industry‑related experience preferred.
• Employment is subject to meeting Transport Canada security requirements and obtaining a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and an Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit (AVOP). Please refer to Transport Canada site for more details.
