A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics
As a Senior Legal Counsel, Real Estate in Intelcom's Legal Affairs Team, you will mainly manage legal issues related to commercial real estate, while also handling other commercial matters in a very fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environment. You will collaborate closely with the real‑estate, procurement, operations, sales, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including leases, supply contracts, service contracts, purchase or sale agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

Provide legal advice and opinions related to the company's activities, including applicable legislation and regulations.

Identify risks and develop legal solutions for special projects, particularly in connection with real‑estate projects in Canada or other operating regions.

Collaborate with the Legal Affairs Team to support internal business departments, improve processes, and participate in precedent management, automation, and an AI acceleration project.

Anticipate legal trends and make appropriate recommendations.

Coordinate files with external law firms.

Carry out any other legal tasks related to the company’s activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law.

Member of the Barreau du Québec and/or another Canadian province.

7–10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate and commercial law in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office software.

Strong familiarity with new technologies.

Customer‑focused “business partner” spirit with team spirit and ability to develop strong relationships at all levels.

Motivated, confident, and professional attitude.

Ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure, and manage multiple competing priorities.

Experienced in regular communication with pan‑Canadian stakeholders.
