* Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec et/ou d’une autre province du Canada. Un diplôme national (droit civil et commun) avec un dossier académique supérieur ou l’adhésion à plus d’une association de Barreau est un atout;
* Un minimum de trois (3) à cinq (5) années de pratique du droit dans les domaines commercial et/ou transactionnel. Expérience approfondie dans les domaines de l'environnement, réglementaire et de l'ESG;

* Autonomie et capacité à traiter plusieurs dossiers complexes en parallèle, à l’intérieur d’échéanciers restreints. Capacité à travailler sous pression et à rendre des rapports clairs et dans les délais prescrits;
* Expert juridique favorisant le travail d’équipe, avec un instinct d’affaires faisant preuve de proactivité et de créativité, capable d'anticiper les problèmes et de proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions pragmatiques;
* Habileté à soumettre un résultat final impeccable, démontrant une attention aux détails hors pair;
* Disponible et flexible; possibilité d’astreinte occasionnelle à l’extérieur des heures régulières, selon les besoins d’affaires, ou les dossiers à dimension internationale qui demandent de tenir compte du décalage horaire.
* Provide general legal support for all Airbus Canada matters addressed locally, with a particular focus on negotiating and drafting commercial agreements or transactional documents, as well as providing strategic advice on regulatory issues, sustainable development, and ESG;
* Play a preventive role by participating in the training of internal customers;
* Participate in the development and drafting of standard contracts, legal tools and processes in coordination with the Airbus Group legal services department.
* Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec and/or of another Canadian province. A national degree (civil law and common law) with a superior academic record or membership in more than one bar association is an asset;
* A minimum of three (3) - five (5) years of legal practice in commercial, transactional and/or regulatory areas. In-depth experience in environmental, regulatory, and ESG matters;
* Experience with research and development agreements is an asset;
* Experience gained in a national law firm is an asset;
* Given the use of English in the international aerospace industry and interaction with stakeholders around the world, excellent English writing and communication skills are required in addition to advanced knowledge of French;
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple complex files simultaneously, within tight deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and report clearly and in a timely manner;
* Legal expert who promotes teamwork, with business acumen, proactivity, and creativity, with ability to anticipa te problems and propose and implement pragmatic solutions;
* Ability to deliver impeccable final results, demonstrating outstanding attention to detail;
* Available and flexible; occasional on-call duty outside regular hours may be required, depending on business needs or international cases that require consideration of time differences;
