Exciting opportunities for Litigation Associates at a leading law firm and at a reputable full service law firm who are seeking to add a commercial litigation lawyer to their existing teams with a minimum of three years of strong experience in sophisticated litigation matters. These lawyers will be exposed to a variety of stimulating commercial and civil litigation files and they will work collaboratively amongst seasoned practitioners at the firms.

These are excellent opportunities for experienced litigators to play an integral role within the litigation departments of a top tier law firm and a well established regional law firm and work on a variety of complex litigation matters in fast paced, dynamic and collegial work environments that offer autonomy on files, mentorship, as well as the support of strong and talented teams.

These are hybrid positions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a member of the Quebec Bar with a minimum of 3 years of strong commercial/civil litigation experience;

• Be able to work autonomously and collaborate with others when needed;

• Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to handle competing priorities;

• Have excellent client communication abilities, writing skills and attention to detail;

• Be perseverant and strive for excellence; and
