Operational Excellence Manager- Business Intelligence and Technology

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Business Intelligence and Technology team, which includes Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, managing the analysis and interpretation of complex data, and leading the design, development, and deployment of software applications and systems. The Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop technical solutions, lead CI/CD and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

• Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Developers to design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions and software applications
• Manage a team of 15-20 Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and Developers
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technical solutions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective use of technology
• Ensure that data analysis and interpretation meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of business intelligence and technology solutions
• Oversee the development and maintenance of business applications, reports, and other business intelligence systems

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve business intelligence and technology capabilities
• Ensuring data and cybersecurity compliance by overseeing various security measures and governance
• Support and implement roadmaps to support business needs
• Act as a change agent for the team

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on business intelligence, technology, and team management
• Strong technical skills, including programming languages, software development methodologies, and technical architecture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Experience with agile development methodologies, version control systems, and data analysis tools and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
• Be recognized for his can-do attitude
• Service /customer oriented

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in business intelligence, data analysis, or software development, such as Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (CBIA) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS)
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with IT service management (Jira Confluence)
• Certifications in AI or related fields

Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
