Role Overview

We are looking for an IT OPS professional to provide day-to-day operational support for critical IT platforms and to support business teams in an international environment.

The role covers run activities, incident management, performance monitoring through KPIs, as well as contributions to continuous improvement initiatives, including work related to AI applied to knowledge management.

A dedicated training will be provided by internal teams to support onboarding and ramp-up on IT Ops activities.

Responsibilities

IT Ops Support – Business Platforms

  • Supervision and run monitoring of production environments
  • Building and tracking operational metrics
  • Taking into account Change Advisory Board (CAB) requests impacting operations
  • Supporting business teams in the event of critical incidents
  • Contributing to service continuity and operational quality

IT Operations & Incident Management

  • Dispatching and coordinating incidents
  • Monitoring incidents and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Resolving simple and operational incidents
  • Following activities carried out by international teams (Europe and India) via Jira
  • Enriching and sharing the knowledge base
  • Participating in POCs integrating AI for knowledge management
  • Supporting business activities in the event of major incidents

IT Ops Support & Performance

  • Run monitoring of IT environments
  • Setting up and maintaining KPI dashboards
  • Using ticketing tools
  • Incident management: investigation, escalation, and coordination
  • KPI reporting via Service Now, Qlik, and Looker
  • Operational data analysis to improve service performance and reliability*
Profile
  • Experience in IT Operations / IT Support / IT Production
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools (Service Now)
  • Experience in performance monitoring through KPIs and dashboards (Qlik, Looker)
  • Ability to work in critical, multi-team environments
  • Strong interest in IT infrastructure and technical topics
  • Project management skills are a plus
  • Interest in technical and operational subjects
