This position is offered for a client in the aerospace sector, based in Mirabel, Canada, as part of a strategic IT and quality programme.

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Non‑Conformity Management with a strong understanding of quality processes. The mission focuses on designing and implementing new processes and digital solutions for managing non‑conformities, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the organisation.

• Act as the expert advisor on non-conformity management for aerospace programmes.
• Define and implement new processes and governance models for handling non-conformities across design and production phases.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and IT teams to develop innovative digital solutions for quality management, including automation and data-driven tools.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements in all proposed processes.
• Support the integration of SAP-based solutions for non-conformity tracking and management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide guidance on best practices.
• Facilitate change management and training related to new quality tools and processes.

• Extensive experience in aerospace quality management
• Strong knowledge of non-conformity processes, quality standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAP tools for quality and non-conformity management.
• Ability to design and optimise processes, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
