Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services supporting all the company's business applications and end users. ETS is focused on enabling the company to manage its global businesses and clients with market-leading technology platforms that are resilient, secure, smart, fast, flexible, and efficient. The candidate will join the team responsible for Insights, Reporting, and Tooling within ETS COO. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires a strong resource that can operate both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) to support business processes.Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate, including complex, multi-step flows and child flows.Build and manage Dataverse data structures, security roles, and integrations with internal or third-party systems.Ensure SDLC best practices including code reviews, documentation, solution layering, and use of solution-aware components.Use Git Hub for source control, versioning, and collaborative development in alignment with Dev Ops guidelines.Participate in governance and compliance processes, ensuring solutions meet regulatory and security requirements commonly found in financial or insurance environments.Troubleshoot and support production solutions, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.Required Skills:- years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.Strong understanding of Dataverse security roles, environment roles, and data access models.Practical experience following a structured SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment).Git Hub expertise: branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and version control.Prior work in a regulated industry (finance, insurance, healthcare, etc.) with adherence to compliance and audit expectations.Ability to design and implement end-to-end business solutions, integrating systems such as SharePoint, SQL, APIs, and other Microsoft services.Excellent data analytical skills using Excel or Power Bi to get quick insight on structured/unstructured datasets.Preferred
Skills:
Experience with Power BI, Power Shell, Azure Logic Apps, or Dynamics .Understanding of Power Platform governance frameworks and environment strategy.Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) concepts such as App Registrations or Service Principals for Power Platform Integrations.
