    Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles.     About the role:

    The incumbent will serve as a Data Analyst – Power BI Developer within the Lab team and work closely with AI and operations teams. Through their expertise, curiosity, and proactivity, they will help design dashboards for AI products from defining metrics and modeling data to reporting in order to surface insights that enable AI teams to improve user experience, enhance business decisions, and support the overall growth plan.

    What you'll do here:

  • Work closely with AI and operations teams to translate business needs into metrics that measure the operational effectiveness of AI products/models.

  • Act as a specialist in developing dashboards and data pipelines using tools such as Power BI (Desktop and Cloud), Power Query, Power Automate, and Snowflake.

  • Develop, produce, and visualize data from multiple sources across the organization to provide a clear view of the performance of AI products/models.

  • Regularly improve and optimize dashboards, taking into account internal client needs.

  • Partner with analytics teams—data scientists—to ensure the data provided meets their needs.

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a common source of truth for the data presented in dashboards.

  • Respond to ad hoc data requests.

  • What you bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of experience creating dashboards across varying complexities and technologies.

  • Deep knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake, with strong curiosity about dashboard best practices.

  • Mastery of Power BI, using DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

  • Ability to handle large volumes of data, clean them, integrate them into dashboards, and create appropriate visualizations.

  • Set up refresh schedules and automated processes wherever possible.

  • Highly strategic and creative in integrating and leveraging data.

  • Analytical mindset; autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented.

  • Aptitude/interest in omnichannel data analysis.

  • Aptitude/interest in a digital analytics/web analytics tool (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)—an asset.

  • Proficiency with Databricks—an asset.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to the audience.

  • Previous experience in large enterprises.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive change.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) –

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
