Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services
Support virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, and Citrix
Perform day-to-day administration of physical servers and configuration management
Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Workspace One, Jamf)
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using network and system analysis tools
Develop automation scripts using Power Shell, Python, or similar to improve efficiency
Document system configurations, SOPs, and contingency plans
Collaborate on IT security and vulnerability management initiatives
Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
2-6 years experience supporting and designing Windows-based and mixed OS infrastructures
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, DFS, DNS, DHCP, and Kerberos
Experience with server and desktop deployment/management (SCCM, imaging, automation)
Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix)
Understanding of storage technologies and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack)
Hands-on Linux experience, including interoperability with Windows systems and basic command-line skills
Salary Up to $200,000 Total Compensation
