IT Generalist _ Infrastructure Specialist
Overview
Same technical coverage as the hybrid role, but with emphasis on candidates who hold or previously held Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Support Dell enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, DPS, Power Store)
Work with sensitive customer environments that may require clearance
Provide hands-on support onsite in Ottawa
Requirements
Canadian citizen, Ottawa-based, 10 years residency (is plus)
Experience across Dell infrastructure
