Job Description

In collaboration with the Marketing leadership team, the role is responsible for driving revenue growth and marketing performance by orchestrating the planning, go-to-market execution, and optimization of campaigns across all channels.
The Director, Marketing Growth leads the Performance Marketing and Marketing Planning teams and leverages advanced data and analytics to shape strategies and maximize growth levers.

Responsibilities:

• Define the marketing growth vision and lead the growth strategy in alignment with business objectives.

• Identify and prioritize high-impact growth levers across acquisition, conversion, and retention.

• Oversee annual marketing planning, multi-market calendars, and initiative prioritization.

• Lead and develop the Performance Marketing and Marketing Planning teams to ensure campaign alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Optimize media investments and channel performance through A/B testing, predictive analytics, and real-time optimization.

• Leverage advanced data and insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve marketing ROI.

• Drive performance management through consolidated dashboards and impact analyses.

• Ensure budget governance and maximize the return on marketing investments.

• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

• Collaborate closely with Brand, Studio, Loyalty, Data, Product, Revenue Management, and Sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Success Metrics

• Optimize overall marketing investment performance.

• Reduce cost per acquisition while increasing customer lifetime value.

• Increase marketing’s contribution to revenue growth.

• Improve speed and accuracy of strategic adjustments through data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, including at least 5 years leading multidisciplinary teams.

Core Competencies

• Collaborative leadership and strong strategic mindset.

• Deep data and analytics culture with a strong results orientation.

• Strong expertise in paid media levers (SEM, paid social, programmatic, and other channels).

• Hands-on knowledge of marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and Looker / Power BI.

Proven Expertise

• Managing marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency.

• Designing and executing data-driven growth strategies.

• Translating insights into concrete, measurable actions.

Personal Attributes

• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
* • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.

* A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
