Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – Montreal, QC ( days/week onsite; Tuesday and Wednesday mandatory)
Contract Duration: -Year Contract (with potential for renewal)
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/French)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the Procure-to-Pay (PP) cycle. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to create, update, and maintain purchase orders. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong analytical skills and a customer service mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic, multi-system environment.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Experience: –+ years in finance, procurement, or accounts payable.
Technical
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Experience with
ERP systems (Oracle or similar). Comfortable exporting and analyzing data.
Attributes: Detail-oriented and process-driven. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer service-focused with excellent interpersonal communication. Self-starter with the ability to think logically and adapt quickly.
