)The SAP Solution Architect leads end‑to‑end release planning, orchestration, and governance for SAP S/4HANA migration programs. Develop Solutions:
Create detailed SAP solution architectures aligned with business goals and IT strategies. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to industry best practices.. Offer technical leadership and guidance to SAP development and implementation teams. Conduct Reviews:
Perform regular reviews and quality checks on design and implementation work Required Skills Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 8 years of Information Technology experience.

Key Responsibilities Lead Brownfield Conversion Projects:
Define conversion strategy, roadmap, and timelines.
Assess existing ECC landscape and design target S/4
HANA architecture.
System Analysis & Planning:
Conduct readiness checks and impact analysis using SAP tools (SUM, DMO, Readiness Check).Identify custom code remediation and simplification items.
Technical Execution:
Oversee system conversion using SAP Software Update Manager (SUM) with Database Migration Option (DMO).Manage data migration, downtime optimization, and system validation.
Manage & Govern Custom Code Remediation Manage & govern Simplification Integration & Interfaces:
Ensure compatibility of existing interfaces and third-party systems.
Plan and execute necessary adjustments for middleware and APIs.Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with functional teams, BASIS, and business stakeholders.
Provide guidance on best practices and risk mitigation.
Performance & Security:
Validate system performance post-conversion.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Required Skills Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4
HANA architecture and conversion tools.
Hands-on experience with SUM/DMO, SPDD/SPAU, and Custom Code Migration
Experience:
Minimum 8+ years in SAP technical roles, with at least 2 full Brownfield Conversion projects
Database & OS:
Familiarity with SAP HANA database administration and optimization.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
SAP Certified Technology Architect or SAP S/4
HANA Conversion Specialist.
Experience with Downtime Optimization techniques and Near-Zero Downtime (NZDT).Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
Certifications
SAP Certified Technology Architect or SAP S/4
HANA Conversion Specialist.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
