We are seekinga

Technical Product Internto support our product team in building, improving, and documenting digital products. This role is ideal for a student who is interested inproduct management, technology, and user-centered design, and wants hands-on experience working with real users and stakeholders. As a Technical Product Intern, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to help translate ideas and requirements into well-defined product features.

Responsibilities

  • Assistin gathering and documenting product requirements and user needs.

  • Helpmaintainproduct documentation, roadmaps, and feature backlogs.

  • Support coordination between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Participate in product planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Conduct basic user research, testing, or feedback collection.

  • Help track issues, bugs, and feature requests.

  • Assistwith data analysis, reporting, or dashboards as needed.

  • Theroleinvolvesdaily(orregular) communicationwithpan-Canadian stakeholders.

  • Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing abachelor’s degreein

    Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field

  • Understanding of software development concepts and web technologies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, Confluence, or similar

  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies

  • Basic technical skills such as SQL, APIs, wireframing, or coding fundamentals

  • Experience with user research or UX design

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
