JOB DESCRIPTION :

As the Dynamics 365 Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing our business processes and enabling data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will directly impact global transortation operations by streamlining workflows, improving system integrations, and reducing reliance on external development. This is an opportunity to lead digital transformation from within and make a tangible difference in how our organization serves the industry.

You will ensure the system meets business needs while managing configurations, integrations, and governance.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Serve as the internal technical expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Configure and customize CRM forms, workflows, dashboards, and business rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage integrations with ERP (Business Central), marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Maintain data accuracy and enforce governance standards across CRM.
• Develop low-code automations using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Monitor system performance, scalability, and usability for end users.
• Document and maintain CRM change controls and lifecycle processes.
• Provide internal support and training to drive CRM adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Membership, Marketing) to align CRM functionality.

Profil

QUALIFICATIONS :

• DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant training
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and Power Platform tools
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Working knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and Azure Logic Apps
• Familiarity with Power Fx and low code customization practices
• Microsoft Certified:
  Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Customer
• Engagement Functional Consultant Associate preferred
• Must be fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Strong cross functional collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing stakeholder input
• Resourceful, adaptable, and user focused in a dynamic environment

WORK CONDITIONS :

• Permanent position, 40 hours / week
• Salary between 85 00 to 100 000$ base / yearly depending on experience

Requirements
COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES :
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, gestion industrielle, gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine connexe requis. Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en contrôle de production, gestion des opérations ou dans un rôle similaire dans l’industrie de la maintenance et l’entretien aérospatial. Expérience avérée en leadership ou gestion d'équipe, de préférence dans un environnement de production complexe et à volume élevé.

Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en français et en anglais. Connaissance approfondie des systèmes de contrôle de production, des progiciels de gestion intégrés (PGI) et autres logiciels de fabrication. Maîtrise avancée de l'analyse de données, de l'optimisation des processus et des méthodes d'amélioration continue. Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, avec une capacité à prioriser et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

Connaissance des exigences réglementaires et des normes de conformité du secteur aéronautique (atout). Esprit analytique :
Capacité à analyser des données complexes, identifier des tendances et développer des solutions concrètes pour améliorer les performances de production.
