Execaire Aviation is looking for a CRM & AI Specialist to own and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem while managing our AI agent stack, including Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Agent. This role will support the Market Intelligence and Sales Operations departments through Salesforce administration, workflow orchestration, data accuracy, reporting, and applied AI automation.
Responsibilities Salesforce Administration & Governance- Serve as primary Salesforce Administrator (configuration, workflows, objects, roles, permissions)
- Design and maintain custom objects, flows, Process Builder, and Lightning pages
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and other platforms
- Ensure data quality through audits, governance, validation rules, and deduplication processes
- Build dashboards and reports for Marketing, Sales, and Operations
- Manage user onboarding, training, and documentation for Salesforce
- Support and maintain automated journeys, triggers, and lifecycle programs
- Maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for sales, market intelligence, and leadership
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines
- Support the creation of forecasts, sales insights, and performance reports
- Deploy, configure, and optimize Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Agent supporting reporting, data cleansing, data analysis, competitive monitoring, task automations, and sales workflows
- Monitor agent performance and ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance
- Ensure responsible AI governance, access control, and monitoring of agent behavior
- Identify new automation opportunities and implement scalable AI solutions
- Provide training and adoption support for AI tools across the organization
- Manage integrations with market data platforms (WingX, Jet Net Zoominfo), Power BI, and internal systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and vendors as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
- DEC in IT or Computer Science with equivalent experience considered
- 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, data analytics, or CRM operations
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI and CRM Analytics)
- Demonstrated experience deploying or managing AI agent platforms (Copilot, Microsoft Agent, generative AI tools)
- Understanding of AI automation platforms (Copilot, Agentforce, ChatGPT Agents, or similar)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or other generative AI tools within Salesforce
- Ability to design prompts, agent scripts, reasoning flows, or knowledge bases for AI assistants
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is a plus but not required
