The ISG Cross Divisional Programs Group (XPG) provides IT program & project management alongside business analyst expertise to deliver global & regional business, regulatory and other top technology initiatives across multiple markets and asset classes. XPG’s mandate is to manage and deliver transformational programs for the ISG department and the Firm as robustly and as efficiently as possible, aligned with business and technology strategy.

Description:
As part of XPG North America expansion plans, we are seeking a Junior Technical Program Manager based in Montreal. The junior role will primarily support the ISG Mainframe Decommission program, assisting in project execution and contributing to technical efficiencies. The role may also support other initiatives as needed and will benefit from mentorship, training, and exposure to senior leadership.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support the ISG Mainframe Decommission program team in project execution and delivery.
• Assist in building project data models and automation solutions to improve program management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-divisional stakeholders and technology teams.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and troubleshooting adoption of new technologies (e.g., Power BI, Generative AI).
• Participate in continuous learning and integration of new tools and platforms.
• Work independently on assigned tasks and contribute to team objectives. Required
Skills and Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in program or project management within financial services or technology.
• Agile knowledge/experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong technical foundation with experience in automation, data analysis, or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and platforms is a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Location & Travel:
• Based in Montreal. Occasional travel may be required. Growth Path:
