As Sr. Data Consultant you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining data solutions that provide support to ADP's internal clients.
To be successful you will understand business problems and design solutions, will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
Every day you'll work with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement advanced analytics projects that track the consumer conversion funnel from start to end.

You'll work with your team to provide, interpret, and predict necessary metrics for decision-making.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for developing data solutions for ADP's internal clients related to financial and operational programs.
You will provide statistical and analytical reports ad hoc for business purposes.
You will plan, design, develop, test and implement data solutions consistent with business objectives.
You will develop programs, package, test, configure and deploy data solutions and investigate and resolve solution issues as needed.
You will participate and collaborate with other stakeholders including security, quality assurance, training, hosting, and procurement.
You will act as an expert source of technology and application knowledge within their domain.
You will research, recommend, and introduce new technologies and new uses of existing technologies.
You will communicate with project stakeholders to ensure that they are informed on project activities and status.
You have 3-5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Requirements
Proven working experience as a Data Insights Analyst or Business Data Analyst
Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle Databases
Advanced knowledge of Excel, modeling, and statistical analysis

* Quebec candidates:
While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.

Bonus points for these:

Preferred Qualifications
You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and Python would be an asset.
