As part of the Nacon group, creā-ture Studios Inc. focuses on original IP for PC and console. We’re looking for a Quality Assurance professional to play an active role in continuously improving our products.

As a QA Tester, you will work closely with the development team to integrate quality and testing practices into every stage of production. Your focus will be on creating robust testing protocols, ensuring that milestones meet our high standards, and effectively communicating feedback across departments. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about delivering polished gaming experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work as part of the Dev team and build out Agile quality and testing practices to ensure delivery of milestones meeting high quality criteria
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting
  • Develop improved standards for QA workflows and create testing protocols on assigned products
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure planned testing meets their requirements
  • Collaborate with Producer & QA Lead to turn quality feedback into actionable database items
  • Contribute to adjacent development or support tasks as needed, based on project priorities
  • Provide clear, concise reports on testing results and issue tracking
  • Help maintain a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across the team
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and bug-tracking
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA fits within it
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and autonomy
  • Experience with test case design and execution
  • Attention to detail and a passion for improving player experiences
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project needs
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine is a plus
