In this role, you will:You’ll be reporting to the Senior Manager, Canadian Banking Campus Leader and be responsible for managing end-to-end campus talent acquisition activities, including creating and executing on-campus strategy. You will build and maintain a diverse talent bench of candidates across various geographies through all stages of the recruitment funnel. Leveraging technologies, you will be responsible for assessing and tracking candidates, relationship management, and offer management.
You will be helping to create and deliver presentations on and off-campus, plan and execute events and large-scale conferences, as well as manage social media deliverables. You will be managing various relationships such as working and negotiating with key vendors and internal business leaders and provide support and mentorship to members of the Campus team – it’s a very big, rewarding role!

This role will require a heavy to moderate degree of travel (by car, rail, and plane) within Canada to various universities and colleges, as well as the potential to travel internationally on occasion. For this role, we believe in hiring people for our team based on skills and talent, over experience. Experience helps a lot and someone with a year or so of campus recruitment, will have less of a learning curve, but we also can teach you a lot ourselves. You will want to be someone who can manage a lot at once and manage many people/relationships need to be creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook.
Organization is a key to success as is creativity and self-motivation. Excellent communication in both French and English will be required.
