A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistics
Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees for all inquiries related to benefits.
Coordinate promotional campaigns for new programs and communications related to compensation and benefits.
Perform data validation and coordinate various processes related to group insurance, group RRSP, leaves of absence, and other related programs.
Coordinate job evaluation requests to determine salary ranges and compensation structures.
Validate the accuracy of compensation data in HR systems and correct any discrepancies.
Participate in quarterly and annual total rewards processes (salary review, bonus programs, etc.).
Contribute to the improvement and implementation of various total rewards initiatives.
Required Qualifications
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance. A combination of relevant skills, education, and experience may also be considered.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and rigor in execution.
Excellent priority management and autonomy.
Demonstrates discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
