    Company

Founded in 2008, Adoc Talent Management is the first firm to specialize in the career management of PhDs, scientists and IT experts, through a triple activity of recruitment consulting, training and innovation & research.

These three activities work in synergy, placing us permanently at the interface between scientists/experts and companies. We have a broad and concrete vision of current recruitment needs, career opportunities open to scientists/experts and the evolution of the job market for scientists/experts in the socio-economic fabric.

Our roots in the scientific ecosystem position us as a major player in the field of research and innovation.

We make it a point of honor to develop and maintain our network of research contacts (doctors, companies, universities and partners).

These collaborations enable us to identify and match the best profiles with companies and institutions looking for high-level skills (R&D, IT, top management, innovation, consulting, finance, etc.).

The recruitment consultancy division is made up of a team specializing in the research and assessment of high-level skills. Its staff includes PhDs from a variety of disciplines (life sciences, cognitive sciences, computer science, physics, mathematics, educational sciences, etc.) as well as human resources professionals and occupational psychologists. We support all types of companies - in all sectors of activity - in their recruitment for positions ranging from expertise to top management.
