Position: Gestionnaire, administration de bureau et ressources humaines / Manager, Office Management and Human Resources
Location: MontrealResponsibilitiesManaging all HR generalist tasks for the office including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, offboarding and other areas as neededWorking closely with the Culture and Events team to initiate, implement, and participate in culture and events programsCoordinating with the AMER Office Management team to manage office supply and food inventory, as well as service vendorsAssisting in administration of office security systems and coordinating keycard access for employeesActing as the first point of contact for employee inquiries for Montreal officeDeveloping and maintaining strong working relationships with the global HR team, sharing best practices, identifying opportunities for global consistency, and process improvementsLeading Francization efforts to ensure compliance with local requirementsManaging full life cycle recruiting including scheduling of interviews, offer extension, and contract generationLeveraging Tower’s applicant tracking system and other recruitment-related applications to source and maintain relationships with prospective candidatesPartnering with the global HR Team on a variety of projects including L&D initiatives, performance reviews, etcQualifications
A bachelor’s degreeThis position requires proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written. English proficiency is required as the position involves regular interactions with international anglophone team members.At least 2- 4 years of experience working in a corporate environment or human resourcesExperience working in Montreal for a US based company preferredBenefits
