Description:
The incumbent acts as a trusted business partner, responsible for providing leadership, HR guidance, and consultation to the management team of their business unit, supporting them in achieving organizational objectives.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted HR advisor for assigned client groups, helping them design, develop, and lead their teams.
- Provide guidance across all key HR areas in alignment with HR policies, services, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment standards legislation and corporate policies to achieve operational excellence.
- Design and implement strategies to develop skills and maximize team performance.
- Lead multiple HR initiatives and projects at the business unit level and contribute to national HR initiatives.
- Establish tracking measures and action plans, and provide performance analysis of key HR indicators to business unit leaders.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of HR policy, program, service, and change initiative implementation.
- Promote a positive and inclusive employee experience throughout the process and act as an ambassador for CGI.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to human resources management.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
